Hybrid method combines conventional open surgery and endovascular techniques. One of the goals of this therapy is to achieve a single-stage repair of extensive aortic aneurysms. In this article, we report a 74-year-old male case with aortic arch and descending thoracic aneurysm who was treated through hybrid methods in the light of possible advantages of hybrid methods.
