Compression of the left renal vein between the abdominal aorta and the superior mesenteric artery (SMA) is named as ‘Nutcracker syndrome’ and compression of the third segment of duodenum between the abdominal aorta and the SMA is named as ‘Wilkie syndrome’ or ‘SMA syndrome’. These pathologies may cause symptoms and signs such as postprandial abdominalgia, hematuria, proteinuria, renal venous hypertension, and left flank pain. In this article, we report computed tomography findings of a 22-year-old male case with Nutcracker and SMA syndromes.
