Fourty year-old woman admitted to our outpatient clinic with complaint of bilateral lower extremity pain after walking 100-150 meter. In her physical examination, arterial pulses were nonpalpable in bilateral lower extremities. In digital substraction angiography abdominal aorta was occluded in the level of left renal artery. Preoperative diagnosis was atherosclerotic occlusive disease of the abdominal aorta. But operatively abdominal aorta was hypoplastic inferior to the left renal artery. Aortabifemoral bypass was applied with synthetic Y graft. Patient had no problem postoperatively.
