Heyde’s Syndrome which is associated with calcific aortic stenosis and gastrointestinal bleeding is very rare disease. Because of itsrarity there are quite a few literatures about Heyde’s Syndrome. The pathophysiologic link between aortic stenosis and gastrointestinal bleeding is still unknown. Seventy years old male patient admitted to our department with a complaint of dyspnea and chest pain. Afterthe diagnosis of ischemic heart disease and aortic valve disease, the patient underwent coronary artery bypass grafting and aortic valvere placement with biologic prosthesis. During the first postoperative day, the patient had a gross gastrointestinal bleeding. Afterendoscopic examination and selective mesenteric angiography, we examined the postoperative period of the patient.
