Mounier Kuhn syndrome is a rare congenital disorder due to defective development of elastic and muscle tissues in the upperair ways. A case presented with a severe life threatening pneumonia, bilateral bronchiectasia and tracheobronkomegaly. Rightpneumonectomy was performed. Symptom of the infection was diminished after the operation. The patent is a symptomatic during four year follow-up.
