Acute arterial obstruction is one of the causes of limb loss, progressing in chorinc atherosclerotic arterial diseases. Like acute obstructive occurings due to embolic causes, embolectomy by using Fogarty catheter generally can not supply enough perfusion. In these cases, it is almost only change for limb salvage by performing thrombolytic therapy. In this case report, thrombolytic therapy and sequential surgical results are defined in the manangement of acute arterial obstruction after arterial thrombosis.
