Fifteen percent of the Myastenia Gravis patients have thymoma. Invasive thymomas are rarely seen. Microscopic or macroscopic local invasion is encountered in 30% to 60% of the cases. We found a right intrapleural thymoma showing middle lobe invasion and thymic hyperplasia together during operation of one of our female patients who is medically treated and symptomaticaly undercontrolled. In this case report, we aimed to discuss about ectopic thymomas.
