Şilotoraks kardiyotorasik operasyonlar sonrası nadiren ortaya çıkabilen ciddi ve hayatı tehdit edici bir komplikasyondur. Bidireksiyonel kavopulmoner anastomoz uygulaması sonrası gelişen bilateral şilotoraks olgusunu sunmaktayız.
