Solitary fibrous tumors of the pleura are rarely encountered masses that can be surgically cured with complete resection. A highly symptomatic and giant benign pleural solitare fibrous tumor was detected in a 68 years old woman. We present this completely cured case with an extensive surgical procedure by the help of literatural review.
