Low flow venous malformations in children are a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge. These are errors of vascular morphogenesis that are present at birth, grow with the child and never involute but often expand. Surgical excision of limited malformations may be indicated. Because of its rarity, a child with venous malformation in neck region is presented.
