Ejection fraction which is the important parameter in determining of cardiovascular performance can be measured by using echocardiography which is noninvasive and ventriculography which is invasive, in order to research validity of EF measured by TEB as a option, EF was measured by using TEB after ventriculography in 33 male and 3 female patients mean aged 56 (43-62). EFVC: %66.61±2.2, EFTEB: %62.29±1.2, mean difference 4.32, correlation coefficent (r); 0.283, t value 1.708 were obtained. Significant correlation couldn't find between the two results.
