In this study, a case with traumatic aorto-right ventricular fistula caused by a stab wound and surgical treatment is presented. This kind of injuries is rare lesion, mortality and morbidity are very high if not be treated. Early diagnosis and surgical treatment is mandatory because of the risk of development congestive heart failure and endocarditis. In this case, the lesions repaired successfully by open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass.
