Rupture of the tracheobronchial tree is a rare injury. Its diagnosis is near always difficult with conventional methods, which results in delayed diagnosis. A young female, who was followed in a peripheral center due to blunt chest trauma, was referred to our clinic with dyspnea after 23 days. in her bronchoscopic examination, we have found transection of the right main bronchus and operated her. Three dimensional helixial computerized thomography was performed to diagnose and postoperative control.
