Aneurysms of the lesser saphenous vein are rare. In english written literatüre, only 3 reports of the lesser saphenous vein aneurysm have been published. In this paper, the clinical course and treatment of a lesser saphenous vein aneurysm which was localized in popliteal fossa and mimicks Baker's cyst, is presented.
