Chest wall deformities are diagnosed generally in infancy and early childhood periods. Sugical therapy are done generally for reasons of cosmetics, cardiac and functional. Surgical therapy is generally succesfull in childhood (1,4,10). Surgical therapy for childhood are more succesfull than surgical therapy in adults (10,15,18).

In this article, our experiences of surgery performed for pectus excavatum and pectus carinatum are presented.
