Combined valve replacement with coronary artery bypass surgery has been associated with significant perioperative mortality and morbidity. Factors that should be considered in operative survival include; preoperative ventricular functional performance, etiology of valvular disease, better myocardial protection and perioperative care. In this article we present two cases who had mitral and aortic valve disease with coronary artery disease and who had undergone combined valve replacement and myocardial revascularization.
