A twenty-six year-old man was referred to our hospital for coronary angiography. On the left coronary angiogram, left anterior descending and circumflex coronary arteries were seen normal. On right coronary angiogram, right coronary artery was seen normal, and posterior descending coronary artery was seen with a private coronary ostium arising from the right aortic sinus of Valsalva. Sixty percent atherosclerotic coronary stenosis was seen on proximal segment of the posterior descending coronary artery with anomalous origin.
