It is an opportunistic infections developing on the basis of a chronic infection mainly tuberculosis. Twentysix aspergilloma cases were operated at Yedikule Chest Surgery Centre 1., 2., and 3. In 22 patients abnormal radiology was present. The diagnosis was made only after postoperative pathologic examination in 4 cases.
