Ebstein's anomaly is an uncommon malformation of the tricuspid valve, accounting for 0.5% of all congenital heart diseases. We presented a 16-year-old male child with type B Ebstein's anomaly, who presented with complaints of cyanosis and syncope. He was successfully operated on with the Carpentier's repair technique. Cyanosis completely disappeared just after the operation and the patient had an uneventful recovery period.
