When it is impossible to use main femoral artery in various situations specially in case of graft infections in area of femoral bypass through an obturator foramen is an useful alternative. In this study, aorto supragenuar femoral bypass through obturator foramen was practiced by removing infected graft. In this case, the subject was 65 year-old, man mandemanding for graft infection and has already had an operation of aortofemoral bypass. After discharging him as well-being, it was found out that there was no ischemic change and that the graft was open in his angiography taken for the post-operative control on 18th month. Although it is not a widely-used procedure to operate aortofemoral bypass from obturator foramen, it is an essential method to be known by vascular surgeons as an alternative way which saves life and extremity.
