A 21-year-old male patient presented with chest pain and exertional dyspnea was investigated for an abnormal image on the postero-anterior chest radiography. On the chest radiography enhancement a nonhomogeneous opacity resembling “Turkish Sword” through right heart border was noted. Scimitar syndrome was diagnosed and partial venous return abnormality observed, which is one of the components of the syndrome, by magnetic resonance angiography. No treatment was given and informed about his disease and was asked for control revisits.
