Pectus carinatum is defined as the protrusion (bowed out)
of the sternum. The mild and severe forms of this deformity
result in circulatory and respiratory disorders, cosmetic
defects and physical problems. Congenital cardiac diseases
and muscle-skeletal system diseases may accompany this
deformity. Scoliosis is the most common musculoskeletal
system malformation. In this article, we present a 22-yearold
male patient diagnosed with pectus carinatum and
bilateral cervical costa in the light of literature data. In the
literature, no other case report similar to our case with two
anomalies was found.
