Endovascular repair of a thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm using ascending aorta as an access route in Leriche syndrome: a case report

In this article, we present a successful thoracic endovascular
repair in a 62-year-old male case with totally occluded
infrarenal aorta. We believe that the need of using
ascending aorta as an access route in endovascular repair
is extremly rare.
