Pulmonary artery aneurysm is a rare clinical entity and
its definitive diagnosis requires a high degree of clinical
suspicion. In this article, we report on a 27-year-old female
patient admitted with the signs and symptoms of coronary
ischemia due to the compression of pulmonary artery

underwent successful surgical correction.
