A 62-year-old male patient who was under follow-up with the diagnosis of pneumonia was admitted to our clinic with complaints of dyspnea, cough and sputum. Chest X-ray showed infiltrative areas at level of middle lobe, while computed tomography revealed consolidation and atelectasis in the middle lobe of the right lung. On fiberoptic bronchoscopy, a lucent, polypoid, smooth and pedunculated endobronchial lesion which almost totally obliterated the entrance of the right middle lobe and mobile with respiration was observed. The lesion was removed bronchoscopically. Pathology result was reported as endobronchial lipoma. In this article, we report a case who was diagnosed with pneumonia and endobronchial lipoma in differential diagnosis was discussed.
