In this article, we report a case admitted with severe chest
pain associated with ST segment elevation, pericardial

at the 31 weeks of gestation, mimicking aortic dissection,
but diagnosed with peripartum cardiomyopathy and
successfully treated with extracorporeal membrane
oxygenation after developing acute cardiogenic shock.
