Diagnostic and therapautic minimal invasive procedures in cardiovascular diseases are on rise in recent years by their complications. Morbidity and mortality rates may increase due to compliacations. Main purpose must be to intervade as urgent as possible by the most convinient and less invasive method. Percutaneous intervention must be the first choice before surgery.
In this item we reported two cases by literature research; in which a stent embolised to periphery during intracoronary stent implantation and a guide-wire embolised to rihgt atrium during central catheterization.
