A case of Double Aortic Arcus with Tetralogy of Fallot

Double aortic arcus, a rare type of vascular ring anomalies, may easily be noticed first during the neonatal period by causing tracheoesophageal compression. Double aortic arcus is usually isolated. In the literature it is reported to be seen associaated with other congenital anomalies at 0.5 % to 21 %. Tetralogy of Fallot and transposition of the great arteries are the most frequent associated intracardiac defects. In this case report diagnostic approach and surgical treatment in a six-months old patient with double aortic arch and tetralogy of Fallot will be presented.
