We performed total extracardiac cavopulmonary anastomosis without using cardiopulmonary bypass in two cases which have single ventricle physiology. The first case was 2.5 years old, and she had tricuspit atresia, pulmonary atresia and prior modified Blalock Taussig shunt. The other case was 13 years old, and he had tricuspit atresia, transposition of the great arteries and prior pulmonary banding. In both of the cases following the bidirectional Glenn anastomosis we performed a passage between inferior vena cava and the pulmonary artery with 18 and 22 mm Goretex grafts. Both cases extubated in the early postoperative period. There was not any abnormality during the short and midterm follow up.
