An endoluminal stent graft was inserted, via the right femoral artery, to a 46 year old patient with a symptomatic thoracic aortic aneurysm, in Dr. Siyami Ersek Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Center. No complications were detected during the procedure and the aneurysm was totally excluded. In the spiral computed tomography after 3 months, there was no leakage from the graft and the aortic diameter was 4,5 cms.
