Alveolar adenoma is one of the benign solitary lung tumors. A patient, who had undergone an exploratory thoracotomy for solitary pulmonary nodule and multiple pleural plaques, is presented. During pathologic examination Alveolar adenoma was described. The case is discussed with literature knowledge.
