Surgical Treatment of A Coronary Artery Fistula Originating From The Left Anterior Descending Artery

A 61-year-old male patient was operated on for coronary artery disease and a concomitant coronary artery fistula between the left anterior descending artery and the pulmonary artery. The operation was performed on cardiopulmonary bypass with coronary revascularization and total excision of the fistula. The postoperative period was uneventful.
