Aortic dissection associated with congenital aortic
coarctation is a rarely seen pathology. There are one or
two-stage surgical approaches for the management of this
complicated condition. A 21-year-old male patient who
was admitted with this clinical presentation to our clinic
underwent emergent supracoronary tubular graft replacement
with the diagnosis of type 2 aortic dissection and aortic
coarctation repair at two months following discharge.
