Although left ventricular aneurysms are seen frequently after transmural myocardial infarctions isolated pseudoaneurysm of the right ventricle is very rarely seen. A right ventricular pseudoaneurysm was defined during the coronary bypass operation of a 50-year old man who had inferior myocardial infarct 20 days ago. Right ventricular defect was repaired with a Dacron patch and coronary bypass operation was completed successfully. Here, it is discussed what else we can do in diagnosis and treatment of patients in the same situation.
