Ross-Konno operation is one of the most important surgical alternative, especially in pediatric patients and young ladies with aortic valve pathologies and annular hypoplasia or tunnel type subaortic stenosis. Problems may develop due to pulmonary autograft dilatation and insufficiency or pulmonary conduit degeneration and stenosis in the long-term. A 12 years old male patient who had Ross-Konno operation five years ago, underwent aortic and pulmonary root re-replacement due to ascending aortic aneurysm compressing the left atrium, aortic insufficiency and pulmonary heterograft degeneration. In this case report, the surgical strategy is discussed.
