Teratoma, unlike mediastinal localization, is quite rare in the lung parenchyma. A 40-year-old male patient presented with complaints of cough and hemoptysis. Computed tomography of the thorax revealed a mass, 7.5 cm in diameter, with densely calcified foci, extending from the left pulmonary hilus to the lower lobe. Diaphragmatic resection and left lower lobectomy were performed. Pathological diagnosis was endobronchial solid massive teratoma.
