The case of simultaneus coronary bypass grafting with resection of the left atrial myxoma is rarely reported. We surgically treated a 58 year-old woman who had been diagnosed as left atrial myxoma and coronary artery disease. We suggest that patients with cardiac myxoma, older than 40 years old, should be researched for coronary artery disease, where as patients having been described as left atrial vascularity by coronary angiography should be researched for myxomas.
