Most tracheal tumors are malignant. We herein report a case of a 51-year old man with tracheal neurofibroma, an extremely rare benign neoplasm, obstructing nearly %90 of the tracheal lumen. The mass was excised by diathermy resection. Pathologic examination confirmed that it was a neurofibroma. The patient is under surveillance and there is no sign of a recurrence.
