Subclavian steal syndrome occurs when the subclavian
artery develops stenosis or total occlusion proximal to
the vertebral artery branch. Coronary subclavian steal
syndrome is a variant of subclavian steal syndrome and
develops when the proximal subclavian artery narrows
in patients with patent internal mammary patent artery
grafts used in coronary artery bypass grafting. In this
article we present a case of coronary-subclavian steal
syndrome and its treatment.
