Left carotid-subclavian bypass and concomittantly ipsilateral carotid endarterectomy

Coronary subclavian steal syndrome is a extremely rare
clinical picture. Concomittantly left carotid-left subclavian
saphenous vein bypass and ipsilateral carotid endarterectomy
was performed to a 65-year-old male patient with coronary
subclavian steal syndrome and severe carotid artery
stenosis. General condition of patient is remarkably recovered
after both cerebral and myocardial revascularization.
