Horner's syndrome is the paresis of the oculosympathetic pathway. It frequently occurs as a result of the interruption of the second order preganglionic neurons and cinically characterized by myosis, ptosis, hemifacial anhidrosis and enophthalmos. Iatrogenic Horner's syndrome is very rarely associated with tube thoracostomy. In this study, we present a 30-year-old male patient with ipsilateral Horner's syndrome caused by the thorax tube, which was placed after the operation for lung hydatid cyst.
