With the introduction of robotic technology (da Vinci Robotic System), we performed left lower lobectomy and mediastinal lymph node dissection to a 60-year-old woman with non-small cell lung cancer in our clinic. In this article, we present this case with the details of robotic technology in lung resection, surgical t echnique a nd p ostoperative period.
