Cystic hygroma is a benign developmental anomaly of
lymphatic tissue which is composed of multiple cystic
structures extending to surrounding tissues. While it may
enlarge over weeks or months, it may larger rapidly even
within days. Cystic hygroma is usually seen in cervicofacial
region and its presence on chest wall is rare. In this article,
we report an 11-year-old male case with cystic hygroma
localized on the right upper part of the chest wall. Ideal
treatment option is total excision of the mass.
