Congenital bronchoesophageal fistula is a very rare anomaly that normally appears in adult life. We here in report two cases of bronchoesophageal fistulas in 45 and 52 years old females who were admitted to our clinics with the complaints of chronic coughing. Both fistulas were between esophagus and right lower lung. Divison of the fistulas were accomplished in both. Right lower lobectomy was necessary in one because of branchiectatic changes. Presented cases and a recent review which contains 100 cases reported up to date are also discussed.
