Bleeding and associated complications are mostly
encountered problems of the ascending aortic surgery.
Several surgical techniques have been developed to achieve
hemostasis. In this article, we present a simple and effective
modification technique in which the Teflon felt is wrapped
onto the anastomosis. In this approach, over and over
running suturing technique is used via double row from the
felt over the suture line.
