An absent right superior vena cava (RSVC) with persistent left superior vena cava (LSVC) in visceroatrial sinus solitus is a rare congenital cardiac anomaly. We report a case in which a large left to right shunt was present because of a large secundum type atrial septal defect (ASD) and tricuspid regurgitation. This congenital cardiac anomaly was associated with absent RSVC.
