Behçets disease first defned by Hulusi Behçet in 1937 is a multisystemic disease characterised by relapsing uveitis, oral and genital ulcerations and vascular system involvement. The disease is mostly encountered at 3rd and 4th decades and especially prevalent at Mediterranean and Far East Asia districts. Aneurysm formation is one of the major manifestations of the disease. We report a case of Behçets disease who has not a family history of the disease. Operation was performed following the diagnostic procedures revealing abdominal and left iliac artery pseudo-aneurysms. Abdominal aortic aneurysm repair has been established with a Dacron patch and iliac artery aneurysm with simple direct suture. Postoperative course was uneventful and the patient was discharged with recovery.
