The registration of 106 patients with sympathectomy at the Cardiovascular Clinic in Cumhuriyet University are analysed retrospectivly. 85 (80.1%) patients had lumbal Sympathectomy. 42 (49.4%) patients had bilateral, 24 (28.2%) left and 19 (22.3%) right interventions. In the patients who had thoracic sympathectomy (n=18), 9 (50%) patient had left open thoracotomy 8 (44.4%) right open thoracotomy, 1 (8.3%) bilateral sympathectomy, 3 (3%) Video Assist Thoracoscopy. It was observed that sympathectomy is currently in procedure now. Related sources are reviewed.
