A 53-year-old female patient was admitted to our clinic with
neurological and ophthalmological symptoms and resistant
arterial hypertension. After two-stage operation including
bilateral carotid resection and carotid neo-bifurcation creation,
the blood flow through the vascular regions with abnormal
hemodynamics returned to normal and the symptoms of the
patient resolved completely.
