Our case was twenty-four years old woman. She was
accepted to our clinic with cerebral and bilateral
upper extremity arterial insufficiency symptoms.
Each subclavian arteries and left common carotid
artery were occluded. The illness was not in active
phase laboratory and clinically. We performed her
aortocarotid bypass with aortic side clamp and graft-
left brachial bypass. Arterial insufficiency symptorns
of left upper extremity and cerebrum were disappeared. Three months later, the left carotid artery was pulsatile, but left brachial artery was not pulsatile. This case was presented for using of the ascending aorta for cerebral perfusion as inflow in the Takayusu's Arteritis.
